Project Experience: Disinfectant Solution

Our lab was recently engaged by a client to test disinfectant solution for an efficacy test. The method that was used by the lab being AOAC 961.02 which is a germicidal spray test. A 60-carrier test was done using two exposure time periods on S. aureus and P. aeruginosa. The results were based on a 59/60 carriers showing no growth criteria.
