The Mississauga Laboratory was requested to perform a test of ASTM G21, which is a standard practice for determining resistance of synthetic polymeric materials to fungi. This test was performed on material FT-03 composed of contaminated soils stabilized with cement. The test was done in triplicates on both the client and control samples. Following exposure of the fungi, the samples were examined to check for growth. The results were reported according to the rating system described under the ASTM G21 testing.
